VOLTOM provides modular human, face, and document verification capabilities. It does not replace a customer's complete AML, compliance, or legal obligations.
Does VOLTOM store documents or biometric data?+
VOLTOM is designed around privacy-oriented data handling. In supported configurations, verification media is not retained after the flow is complete. Exact retention depends on the deployed configuration and contractual terms.
Can VOLTOM match a face with a photo instead of a document?+
Yes. The face-to-photo flow compares a live face with a static photo supplied by the platform.
Does VOLTOM offer AML capabilities?+
